Greetings....again

I still cannot believe that 2 years have passed by already. Like Springroll have said, this blogged was unfortunately on hiatus since we left high school but to know that it has already been two years since we've left high school still amazes me. We both survived two years of University already...which means, we're already half way there until graduating! Time really does fly by and although both Springroll and I are in different cities during the school year, we've never been closer. Not being able to see each other all the time and hanging out all the time has made us realized, at least for me that how important our friendship is.

With already half of our summer gone, we both don't have that much time left to spend together for the remaining days of summer but I'm sure we will make every day we can count and memorable :) To the rest of the summer, CHEERS! (lame)

Just a lot of Unhappiness

It makes me uneasy when I know someone I care about is unhappy or upset. This feeling is worsened when I am unable to do anything about it. To think that a person I love is suffering alone or in silence bothers me to no end. 

Little Things

It's always the little things that matter. They can make your day or tear it to pieces. It doesn't matter if it's done by a stranger, an acquaintance or the person you trust your life with. 

Little things wield a strange power that leaves permanent marks on your mind and heart. 

Authority Figures

I don't know what it is about my dislike for authority figures. 

I mean, I understand that there will always be someone who has more authority than me and I'm not arrogant enough to deny that. However, the moment I see them take advantage of that power or decide to treat me like I'm nothing but a foot soldier to them, it sets off the fuse that is known as my anger. 

Respect can be found in the tone that you use and the words you choose to speak. It doesn't matter how old you are or how much seniority you have; everyone should be treated with respect. Anyone would respond much more positively if they were spoken to in a polite manner. Afterall, the common saying "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar" exists for a reason!

Reborn in 2013

...and we're back!

It's the summer of 2013. Karma and I have finished our second year of university and I just want to take this opportunity to say how great it is to be back in my city, with my friends and the places I love. After high school, this blog regrettably suffered a hiatus. But fear no more, we are back! Or at least I am. I'll talk to Karma and get her back on board.

And to show how much time has passed, here we are around six years into our friendship.
